 | Started his journey with Weed Man in 2014 as a marketing representative and lawn care technician. After three seasons, his career advanced into a managerial role. Since then, Harrison has managed multiple marketing campaigns in Lexington, KY along with leading the company's efforts in The Mosquito Authority. In between TMA and DNP, he would assist Weed Man technical as a supervisor. In April of 2023 Harrison accepted an opportunity in Nashville to become the Branch Manager of that department. Harrison enjoys the opportunity Weed Man has provided for his personal and professional growth . |
.png) | Brett is a Nashville local, born and raised in Hendersonville, TN. Brett has cultivated a dynamic career with Weedman Lawn Care since 2020, starting as an entry-level lawn technician. His exceptional performance during the door-to-door marketing season quickly earned him a promotion to Marketing Supervisor, showcasing not only his skills but also leadership qualities. Swiftly transitioning into the role of Technical Supervisor, Brett's ability to connect with the team and clients has consistently driven positive results in a collaborative environment.
Beyond his professional endeavors, Brett dedicates over 5 years to refereeing high school football for the TSSAA, impacting young lives and actively engaging with the community. Brett also has a passion for music with a DJ career spanning more than a decade. Brett's passion for music extends to sharing moments with his wife Morgan, attending over 100 concerts together. In 2023 Brett and Morgan welcomed their first daughter, Harper, to the Boone Family. Alongside their canine companions, Astro, Chapo, Dolly, and Roofus, the family enjoys creating memorable moments.

His greatest satisfaction stems from witnessing the growth and development of the talented individuals who report to him. He is dedicated to fostering an environment where team members fulfill their individual career goals, contributing not only to their success but also to the overall success of the organization.
Beyond his professional commitments, He is the proud father of six highly successful children, and his most cherished role is that of "Papa Bear" to seven grandchildren. His wife Kristyn and him find joy in spending their summers at the lake, navigating its waters on their boat, and passionately supporting their favorite Cincinnati sports teams.
